A modern retelling of George Bernard Shaws story PYGMALION the film stars Freddie Prinze Jr. as Zach a high-school stud who makes a bet with a friend that he can transform the artistic geeky Laney (Rachel Leigh Cook) into a prom queen. It turns out the transformation is even more successful than he could have imagined and soon an unlikely romance blooms.
